Job Nature
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence across all shifts.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Lead weekly operations meetings to review performance, challenges, and strategies.
- Ensure efficient execution and delivery of all culinary products in line with the daily menu.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Provide clear direction to employees on operational procedures, service standards, and guest interaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish career development plans.
- Prepare staffing schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity across all shifts.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and cost management to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Control cash handling, reconciliation, and overall accountability in financial transactions.
- Ensure personalized and seamless guest service in all areas of the restaurant.
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve complaints, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and repeat visits.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to keep the restaurant competitive.
- Implement innovative concepts, menu improvements, and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and food innovation aligned with guest preferences.
- Collaborate with the Branding & Marketing team on developing and execution of marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand collaborations.
- Utilize restaurant management software (POS, CRM etc.) to streamline operations.
- Track KPIs such as guest satisfaction, sales growth, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to optimize costs and enhance service quality.
- Offer positive solutions to problems or issues and be a voice that is part of the decision-making team.
- Meet sales targets for the restaurant, clubroom, and events.
- Keep guest database up to date and conduct regular follow-ups with corporate guests for event and clubroom bookings.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
- A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Job Location
- Age: 25 to 35 years.
- Technical: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume fast food or casual dining environment.
- Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail in operations, costs, and guest service.
- Soft skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
